20/20 and Novartis started development of a monitoring tool for 
determining in vivo activity of Cathepsin K inhibitors 20/20 GeneSystems, Inc. 

and Novartis initiated a Phase I project with the purpose of determining if 20/20s layered platform 

for analysis of hair follicles could be used to monitor patients treated with Cathepsin K inhibitors.  

This tool would ultimately be used to tailor the dose of drug for each patient.
