ErbBTest™

ErbBTest™ uses 20/20’s proprietary Layered Peptide Arrays and Layered Expression Scanning to profile tumors for response to drugs that target the ErbB1 and ErbB2 pathways. These drugs include Tarceva™ (Genentech), Iressa (AstraZeneca), Erbitux™ (ImClone), Tykerb (GSK), and Vectibix™ (Amgen).

Our goal is to create “companion diagnostics” to this family of drugs to permit cancer patients and their physicians to best select the optimum most effective personalized therapies. The company has received seven separate NIH SBIR grants to advance these tests.
